Author Profile
Penny Woodward has a Bachelor of Science in Botany and Zoology. She began her gardening career working at the Chelsea Physic Garden in London and then back in Australia for the National Trust at their property Mooramong. In 1984 she established her own herb garden and nursery which she ran successfully for four years.
Penny Woodward has written for several gardening magazines, including Your Garden and The Australian Garden Journal, has appeared on radio and television, and has run courses and given talks on herbs, alliums and garlic. She is a member of the Herb Society of Victoria, the Australian Trust for Conservation Volunteers and the Monash Alumni
