Author Information
Helen Alexander is a qualified BHSPTC instructor and a member of the British Horse Society. An active rider since the age of nine, she was a leading member of the Tooradin Pony Club in Australia, competing at horse trials Grade One level in the Victorian State Championships. Twice named Inter-Collegiate Sportswoman of the Year at the University of Melbourne, Helen has spent time in the Republic of Ireland, show jumping, hunting and instructing, and has worked in the United Kingdom, grooming for International Three Day Event riders.
